Lorenia Aguilar, MA

Lorenia Aguilar is the Medical Assistant for Dr. Luis Leon and Dr. Robert W. Fincher at Pima Vascular in Tucson, Arizona. Ms. Aguilar is a Certified Medical Administration Assistant from Pima Medical Institute, 2010, and Certified Medical Assistant, 2012. Prior to joining Pima Vascular she worked at Agave Surgical Associates and Continental Ranch Family Practice.

Heather Bailey, RN

Heather Bailey is a Registered Nurse at Pima Vascular in Tucson, Arizona. Ms. Bailey holds an Associate’s degree in nursing from Pima Community College. Prior to joining Pima Vascular she worked at Tucson Medical Center for 10 years. Ms. Bailey holds a Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and will be certified by the American Association of Moderate Sedation Nurses in 2015.

Staci Dominguez, ST

Staci Dominguez is a Surgical Technologist at Pima Vascular in Tucson, Arizona. Ms. Dominguez earned a Certificate of Surgical Technology from Pima Community College. Prior to joining Pima Vascular she worked at Tucson Medical Center for 6 years as a surgical Technologist specializing in Vascular and Endovascular surgery and served as an orderly for 4 years. Ms. Dominquez participated in the live case for the 2013 PBS special "The Latest Procedure" and the 2015 New Cardiovascular Horizons (NCVH) live case.

Courtney Harris is a Registered Nurse and Clinical Trial Coordinator/Research Coordinator at Pima Vascular in Tucson, Arizona. Ms. Harris holds an Associate’s degree in nursing from Pima Community College. Prior to joining Pima Vascular she worked at Tucson Medical Center for 9 years. Ms. Harris is a member of the American Association of Moderate Sedation Nurses and holds a Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Ms. Moreno is a Certified Medical Administration Assistant from Pima Medical Institute, 2008. Prior to joining Pima Vascular she worked at Pima Heart and Mariposa Community Health Center.

Shana Pence, RN

Shana Pence is a Registered Nurse at Pima Vascular in Tucson, Arizona. Ms. Pence earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Arizona in 1998. Prior to joining Pima Vascular she worked at the Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, Tucson Medical Center and Camp Lowell Surgery Center. Ms. Pence is a member of the American Association of Moderate Sedation Nurses and holds a Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Jennifer Clark, MA

PA Jennifer Clark joined the Pima Vascular Team in January 2019 after relocating to Tucson from Houston, Texas. She has a passion for taking care of patients and has been a Physician Assistant since 2007. She served almost eleven years in the United States Air Force. She earned both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Physician Assistant Studies while on active duty through the Interservice Physician Assistant Program with the University of Nebraska Medical Center. PA Clark has worked in Family Medicine while stationed at Tyndall AFB, Florida, as well as in a combat setting while in Afghanistan in 2008. After leaving the Air Force, she found her passion for vascular surgery, serving patients in both the hospital and clinic setting and has been in the specialty ever since. While she enjoys serving patients with all types of vascular needs, she specializes in patients with venous disease. Her wealth of experience in this area serves her patients well; from treating cosmetic spider veins to superficial venous insufficiency to complicated venous ulcers and patients with deep vein thrombosis and the associated complications. Since 2007, PA Clark has been certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, American Venous and Lymphatic Society, Society for Vascular Surgery, and the Arizona Academy of Physician Assistants. She was honored as the Physician Assistant of the Year for the Air Education Training Command during her time in the Air Force in 2008. PA Clark’s business philosophy is striving to provide the best care possible for patients in order to help them improve their quality of life. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, serving in the community, and enjoying the outdoors with hiking, running, and triathlons. She is also pursuing an MBA with Baylor University.
